Parent Voice

At The Deanes, we strive to promote positive partnerships between the school, our students, our community and our parents/carers (Promise#5). One of the ways we build on our positive relationships with parents is through our regular Parent Voice meetings.

Aims/Purposes:

The objectives of the Parent Voice meetings are:

• To promote partnership between the school, its students and its parents/carers.
• To develop and engage in activities which support the education and welfare of students.
• To identify and represent the views of parents on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and welfare of the students.
• To allow for consultation with parents.

Our termly Parent Voice meeting takes place on Thursday 14 November 2024 at 16:15 in the school library. Refreshments will be available from 16:00. All parents and carers are welcome to attend. This is an informal meeting where parents/carers are invited to meet with senior leaders.
